Preparation Method

Put the rest of the amount of butter in the same pan, then add the onions, garlic, flour, cardamom, bay leaf, and ginger. Stir the ingredients well to combine. Return the chicken slices to the skillet, then add the olives, mushrooms, and peppers. Pour the water over the ingredients, and leave the mixture on the fire until it boils. Put the cream and milk in a bowl, then mix until well combined. Transfer the chicken piccata to a serving platter, and serve hot
