A kilo of lamb meat cut into cubes. Eggplant, cut into slices. 2 potatoes, cut into cubes. 3 zucchini cut into cubes. A quarter of a kilo of green beans. 2 carrots cut into cubes. A quarter of a kilo of green peas. 3 fruits of chopped onions. A glass of tomato juice. 2 tablespoons of ghee. 3 cloves minced garlic. 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Pinch of nutmeg. A teaspoon of spices.
Preparation Method
Put a saucepan on the fire with a spoonful of ghee, put the chopped onion, and fry on the fire until we get a golden color. Add black pepper and nutmeg, stir and add meat. Add the juice and tomato paste, season with salt, black pepper and spices, and leave the ingredients on the fire for ten minutes. Put a large frying pan on the fire with ghee and add to it the zucchini, potatoes, eggplant, carrots, beans and peas, and continue stirring until the vegetables wilt. We prepare a casserole for the oven, put the vegetables in it, and pour the mixture of sauce and meat on it. Put the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for at least a quarter of an hour until fully cooked.
