Preparation Method
Spread pizza dough on a floured surface to medium thickness. 2. Transfer the dough to an oiled tray and poke holes in the dough with a fork. 3. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, avoiding the edges of the dough. 4. Distribute green peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, olives and herbs. 5. Drizzle olive oil on top. 6. Put the pizza in the oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. 7. Take out the tray and spread the grated mozzarella cheese over it and return it to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until it is brown and the cheese melts. 8. Cut the pizza and serve it hot.
